Fun Shoulder Cowl!!! I knitted this to go over my coat and be the little additional warmth I needed while out and about in the city.
This is a fast knit and gives you a couple of different sizes depending on the intended use.

| I used a 24" Circular Needle US 19 / 15.0 mm I personally use KnitPicks Harmony Needles for a smooth and comfortable knit. |
